  • Licensed To Glow is a monthly subscription plan that provides you unlimited access to beauty services at our network of salons. You decide the services and pick the plan that best matches what you want. After subscribing, you will have access to the services in the selected plan. You may book up to one service a day and can have up to two open bookings at any single time.

    All bookings are subject to salon availability.

Some of our partner salons are located on prominent streets such as East 75th Street, Lafayette Street, and West 35th Street, right in the heart of New York.   • Scheduling is designed to ensure that customers can access appointments within a two-week booking period. If you are unable to book appointments, please reach out to us at hello@licensedtoglow.com, and we'll do our best to help you! All bookings are subject to salon availability.

  • To schedule an appointment with Licensed To Glow, you must be subscribed to one of our monthly membership plans. Signing up is easy either via the app or on our website, and you can select the right plan for you. Once subscribed, you can view and book services at salons based on your location.

  • For some of the services on the LTG platform, some services have restrictions on the frequency and you will be required to wait a minimum amount of time before rebooking the same service: Gel /Acrylic Nail and Lash services are limited to once in 14 days, Hair Color and Facials are limited to once a month. We do this to ensure that we're aligning with best practices on how long to wait between repeating a single service. For example, if you just got highlights done, we know that getting them redone the next week is just plain bad for your hair! Rest assured that you can still make a booking, but we'll suggest dates for the booking that allow for enough time between services.

  • Licensed To Glow is committed to your safety and hygiene standards. All salons in our network are licensed and meet our quality standards.

  • Yes. Your monthly membership covers the cost of the service but not the cost of tipping your service professional. Gratuities represent a big portion of the earnings of the service professionals, so if you are satisfied with the service provided, please let your professional know.

  • You can browse beauty professionals' profiles, ratings, and specialties. While we do our best to match your choice, unforeseen circumstances may require us to change the service provider.

  • The platform typically offers a range of beauty services, including haircuts, styling, manicures, pedicures, and more. The services that you will be able to access will depend on the subscription plan that you have subscribed to. If a service that you are seeking is not available in the plan that you are currently subscribed to, you will need to upgrade the plan. You need to be enrolled in the plan that offers the services you are trying to book.

  • Services that you book through the LTG platform are based on signing up for the LTG monthly / annual membership and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. You will be billed monthly / annually in advance of being able to access the services. You do not need to make any additional payments for services that are part of your monthly subscription plan.

    We accept all major credit and debit cards for secure transactions.

  • All appointments must be canceled or changed a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a fee of $40 charged to the payment method on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our schedule and the needs of other clients. Please check the terms and conditions for details on cancellations, rescheduling, and any associated fees.

  • Subscriptions  automatically renew each month on your cycle date. You can cancel your subscription at any time in their account or by emailing hello@licensedtoglow.com . When cancelling any type of membership for any duration, all future appointments will be automatically cancelled and subscription fees paid will not be prorated based on the date of cancellation. No subscription fees already paid will be returned or refunded.

    Cancellations must be made three business days in advance of the next scheduled billing date to be effective for the next billing cycle.

  • LTG does not offer exchanges or refunds on subscriptions. This plan will auto-renew on and you must cancel your subscription before the current billing period ends to avoid paying additional fees. If you cancel, any automatic payments will stop, and you won't have access to the paid services starting from the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all the benefits of your membership until the current billing cycle ends.

  • To update your payment information, log in to your Licensed to Gloaccount, go to the "Membership" section, and find the payment information section on the right side of the page. Update your payment details there.

  • Unfortunately, there is no option to update billing cycle dates in Membership Settings. Billing cycles begin on the date the membership was first purchased and will continue to auto-renew on that date each month.

    If you want to change your billing cycle date, you can submit an account cancellation request for the end of your current billing cycle, and then reactivate your account on your desired billing cycle date.

  • Certainly! Clients have the flexibility to manage their subscription plans. Simply log into your account, navigate to the "Membership" section, and explore the available subscription options. Please note that any changes made will be applicable as of your next billing cycle.   • Yes, clients have the option to put their subscription on hold for up to 2 consecutive months, allowing them to keep their place at the salon. Your subscription will automatically renew after two months with the payment method you have on file.

  • No, subscriptions are non-transferable and are intended for individual use only.

  • Yes, we have a waiting list option for fully booked days. If a client wishes to secure a spot for a specific service on a particular date that is currently fully booked, they can choose to join our waitlist. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we will contact clients on the waitlist, offering them the opportunity to book the available slot.

  • You can manage your appointments through our online booking system, in the app or by contacting our customer service team. Please ensure all cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation/no-show fees. Please see the cancellation policy for more information.

  • Appointment Approval: Some services are subject to approval by the salons before we confirm the booking. We strive to provide the best experience for all clients. The approval process ensures that appointments are viable, taking into account factors like time, product availability, and service providers. This guarantees a high-quality service experience for everyone. Please bear with us during this brief period, as it's crucial for maintaining the quality and fairness of our services.

However, the feasibility of these requests depends on factors such as space availability and provider schedules.   • You cannot have more than two open appointments at a single time.All bookings are subject to salon availability. There are no limits on the number of appointments you can schedule on a monthly basis, however you cannot have more than two open appointments at a single time.
